The Tramway Forge was established in 1996 and is a family run business. The forge is a traditional working forge based in Herefordshire. We offer high quality handmade ironwork. Our skilled team are able to design and manufacture beautiful ironwork to your specification, restore existing ironwork or match period pieces for a particular restoration project.
We are able to complete large restoration projects for major companies and heritage groups and we are equally happy to produce small bespoke items for the private customer. Our restoration projects are completed alongside our bespoke work, which includes gates, rails and interior ironwork.
More recently, we have developed a garden ironwork range McKellars of Tramway Forge. Every piece is handmade in Herefordshire. Our range includes metal arches, garden obelisks and garden benches.
